Madam Victoria Sampah @Lady Vicky Sampah popularly known as Lady Vicky is the founder & CEO of the Ghana Real Estate Professionals Association (GREPA), CEO & Designated Managing Broker – Abri US and Abri Ghana, CEO and Business Development - WeCook Cloud Kitchens (Ghost Kitchens), Senior Project Lead - Africa Real Estate Conference & Expo (ARCE Conferences), Product Owner - The Xchange MLS for Africa Real estate enthusiast and thought leader with 25 plus years of diversified industry experience in residential, Commercial, sales and leasing, Telco tower lease management and recently corporate real estate facilities management.

With years of advanced real estate practice in the United States, she valued digital and technological innovations that are reshaping the traditional landscape of real estate worldwide. This led to the campaign for Proptech events and awards in Ghana She recently entered into Real Estate Software Development & Event Management. In the US she is known within the African Community in the State of Illinois, for her knowledge and expertise in assisting her clients plan financially to realize the American dream of home ownership as well as investing in real estate.

She has served on the National Association of Realtors’ Events and conferences committee, Mainstreet and Illinois Realtors Global Business Council committees, Professional Standards Committee and Chaired Mainstreet and Illinois Realtors Global Councils winning several awards for her commitment and leadership in industry.

Vicky engineered the signing of Bilateral Cooperation Agreement between the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Ghana Real Estate Professionals Association-GREPA (the second of such partnerships in Africa). She sits on the State of Illinois Governor’s Board of Directors of the Real Estate administration and Disciplinary (READ) Board.
She became the first NAR President’s Ambassador to Ghana under NAR President Bill Brown and invited to serve on the NAR President’s Advisory Group (PAG) She pioneered and facilitated several trade missions from and to Ghana in her quest to transform real estate practice in Ghana and beyond.

She played a major role working with ARELLO in reviewing and making recommendations to the amendment and passing of the Ghana Real Estate Agency Bill now the Ghana Real Estate Agency ACT 1047 and currently sits of the Board of Directors of the Government Council that oversees the implementation and management of this ACT.

In Ghana, Lady Vicky works with families in the diaspora acquire property and manages their investments. She assist her corporate clients relocating for work or investing in Ghana providing advisory services and managing their investments. Thought Leadership Vicky’s Global mission in Real Estate is to support the formalization of real estate markets through the formation and support for Associations, technology, legislation, advocacy, resource mobilization, building networks and strategic partnerships for collaboration in Africa. She advocates and supports the inclusion of Africa; to eliminate the obstacles that inhibit Real Estate institutions and Professionals from achieving development goals.
