Role Overview

We are looking for a Freelance Sales Executive to drive Nomestic’s international growth. In this role, you’ll sell our cutting-edge air quality solutions, manage your own sales pipeline, and play a key role in expanding our global footprint.

You will work independently in your region, leveraging your network and expertise to identify prospects, deliver value, and close deals, while receiving highly competitive commission-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers (facility managers, real estate owners, schools, hospitals, municipalities, industry).
Present and sell Nomestic solutions: Airsight Meters (hardware) + IAQ Platform (software).
Organize and deliver product demos and pilots.
Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts.
Build long-term customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
Report pipeline, sales activities, and results to Nomestic HQ.
Represent Nomestic at relevant events, fairs, and networking opportunities.

What You Bring

Proven track record in B2B sales (experience in HVAC, smart buildings, IoT, or sustainability solutions is a plus).
Strong international network in at least one target segment (real estate, education, healthcare, municipalities, or industry).
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude.
Skilled in consultative/solution selling, presentations, and demos.
Passion for sustainability, smart building technology, and making an environmental impact.
Fluency in English and additional languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus.
