According to 2023 research conducted by the American Hotel and Lodging Association, 79% of respondents reported a staffing shortage, with 22% describing the shortage as severe. Simultaneously, guest expectations for hyper-personalization and digitized experiences are escalating, underscoring the importance of property technology (proptech) for hotels.
Proptech offers hoteliers a structured approach to planning, integrating, and managing all technology throughout their facilities, with the network serving as the backbone. This not only assists hotel staff with their daily duties but also enhances guest experiences.
