Auriens Group has recently appointed Julie Fawcett as its Chief Executive Officer, signaling a strategic move during a phase of expansion and innovation for the later living residence.
Bringing a wealth of experience in building consumer-facing companies, Fawcett is set to fortify Auriens’ leadership team as it enters a growth phase. Her impressive career includes CEO roles at Qbic Hotels and homewares manufacturer Nkuku, along with serving as an operating partner at Bridges Ventures.
Helen Jones, board director of Auriens Group, remarked, “Julie’s focus and experience align perfectly with our vision for holistic and innovative senior living solutions. The appointment marks an exciting new chapter for Auriens. Julie’s track record in strategic growth and deep understanding of the property landscape make her the ideal leader to guide Auriens during this pivotal expansion phase, which will include the launch of our second community in Weybridge and the initiation of a substantial growth phase across London and the South.”
Fawcett, taking over from David Meagher, expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “Auriens is a standout, no-holds-barred pioneer in this nascent industry, and to be leading such an innovative and exciting business is without question a great challenge and one I’m hugely excited about. The team that is already in place at Auriens is exceptional, many of them leaders in their fields, and I feel honored and excited to become an integral part of this.”
