Brazilian property technology firm Morada.ai has raised $1 million to advance its artificial intelligence capabilities and strengthen its presence within the country.
The company’s AI-driven platform aims to simplify and personalize the property buying and renting experience while enabling real estate developers and brokers to focus on higher-level tasks. “Our goal is to streamline routine tasks through automation, allowing developers and brokers to focus on strategic negotiations that require human expertise,” said Luis Veloso, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer.
Morada.ai’s flagship product is an AI-powered chatbot called Mia, designed to assist real estate developers by presenting property listings, scheduling visits, filtering client requirements, and connecting potential buyers with brokers. The AI tool also simulates investment scenarios, suggests payment plans, and facilitates the collection of documents needed for credit approval.
Founded in 2021, Morada.ai currently serves nearly 100 real estate developers across 17 Brazilian states, with well-known companies like Direcional, Cyrela, Novolar, Emccamp, and Morar among its clientele.
In 2024, the company experienced a 400% growth in operations compared to the same period in the previous year.
