Cushman & Wakefield Names Aubrey Waddell as CEO of Global Occupier Services

Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) has appointed Aubrey Waddell as Chief Executive Officer of its Global Occupier Services (GOS) division. This move, announced today, underscores the firm’s commitment to strategic leadership in real estate services.

Andrew McDonald, Global President and COO of Cushman & Wakefield, emphasized the significance of the GOS business within the firm’s overall strategy. He expressed confidence in Waddell and the GOS leadership team to further enhance this critical service line.

Aubrey Waddell joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 as Global Head of Commercial Operations for GOS. Her client-centric approach has been instrumental in delivering comprehensive real estate solutions to major occupiers worldwide, encompassing workplace strategy, facility and project management, and transaction management.

Waddell stated her enthusiasm in leading a dedicated team focused on driving long-term, sustainable growth for both the firm and its clients. She highlighted the collaborative and flexible nature of the GOS model, which continues to deliver top-tier solutions.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Aubrey held roles overseeing commercial strategy for JLL’s enterprise occupier clients and served as General Counsel for JLL’s Workplace Dynamics business in the Americas. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Bill Knightly, the outgoing GOS CEO, was acknowledged for his significant contributions to the firm over the past nine years. McDonald expressed gratitude for Knightly’s various roles and wished him success in his future endeavors.
