Keller Williams Realty, Inc. (KW), the largest real estate franchise globally by agent count, has launched KWIQ, a generative AI-powered real estate assistant. This tool is trained on Keller Williams’ proprietary models, systems, best-selling books, and training resources.
Chris Cox, Chief Technology and Digital Officer at KW, expressed excitement about the launch, stating, “We are thrilled to bring this AI-powered tool to agents and look forward to its transformative impact on their work. KWIQ empowers agents to work smarter, faster, and more effectively.”
Launched in the second quarter of 2024, agents can access KWIQ through an interactive chatbot within KW’s proprietary technologies, including Command, a cloud-based CRM platform, and Connect, a learning management system. Cox highlighted that KWIQ acts as an ‘always-on’ assistant, providing precise answers, drafting content, and equipping agents with tools and strategies to save time and close deals.
Key Features and Benefits of KWIQ
1. Information and Insights**: KWIQ offers information on various real estate topics and market trends, enabling agents to gain valuable insights.
2. Content Creation Assistance**: KWIQ helps draft newsletters, social media posts, listing descriptions, and other content, saving agents time and effort.
3. AI Tools and Automation Guidance**: KWIQ provides guidance on using AI tools, setting up automation, and integrating AI into workflows, streamlining processes, and enhancing productivity.
Cox emphasized, “We want to provide agents with an assistant for writing impactful content. The first phase of KWIQ’s rollout addresses this opportunity, streamlining content generation for daily use.”
Training and Continuous Improvement
KWIQ is trained on Keller Williams University content, best-practice business models from top agents, KW’s best-selling real estate books, and comprehensive FAQs and how-to resources. “We’re enhancing the efficiency, creativity, and productivity of real estate agents so they can be the best fiduciaries for their clients,” said Cox. “We will continuously improve KWIQ with additional content.”
Future Updates and Market Insights
Keller Williams plans ongoing updates to KWIQ, enabling it to assist with real-time market research and analysis. Within the next six to nine months, KWIQ is expected to provide data and insights into local market conditions, helping agents advise clients on the best strategies for buying and selling homes. Cox added, “This is just the beginning for KWIQ. We will continue to connect market- and production-based datasets into KWIQ to aid our agents in providing the best client experience.”
