Lokalee, a B2B AI-powered travel content platform tailored for holiday homes and hotels, has successfully raised $5.6 million in pre-Series A funding.
Crown Private Fund led the funding round, accompanied by three undisclosed strategic investors with expertise in the hotel and technology sectors.
Lokalee’s primary goal is to furnish hotel and holiday home guests with comprehensive information about their accommodations and the surrounding city. Beyond amenities, the startup offers a digital concierge solution, delivering services ranging from dining suggestions to securing attraction tickets and crafting customized itineraries.
Utilizing its white label platform, Lokalee aims to enhance guest experiences, boost potential revenue streams, and streamline operations, simplifying the browsing and booking process for all stakeholders.
The infusion of funds will be channeled into expanding Lokalee into additional European markets and advancing its product development, with a focus on enhancing its AI-powered trip planner. Already collaborating with 250 hotel clients across 20 countries, including Saudi Arabia, Germany, and Austria, Lokalee’s partnerships include industry giants such as Hilton, Sheraton, Accor, Millennium, Movenpick, Sofitel, and Rotana.
Samir Abi Frem, Lokalee’s CEO, expressed determination, stating, “With this new funding source, we are poised to accelerate our ambitious expansion, optimizing the digitization of the guest journey for our customers.”
Founded in 2021 by Advanced Digital Technology DWC-LLC, Lokalee’s app is presently accessible in the Middle East and Europe. The startup aspires to establish itself as the premier lifestyle travel app for business travelers, leisure guests, and local residents worldwide.
