Nature’s Generator, a prominent player in renewable solar and wind energy home integration solutions, introduces its Powerhouse system through the Tiny House Home365. Unlike traditional tiny homes, the Home365 is a sophisticated and compact dwelling with an integrated power solution, presenting a potential game-changer for homeowners. Positioned in the backyard, it not only ensures energy independence for itself but can also serve as a supplementary power source for the main house.
CEO Zhou Xiaofei (Lawrence) explains, “Pending local ordinances, the Home365 may function as an accessory dwelling. With the rising challenge of affordable housing, many cities are adopting streamlined permits for qualified tiny homes to serve as accessory units. In cases where local ordinances are absent or a property isn’t suitable for a tiny home, homeowners can still invest in a Powerhouse renewable-energy system to power their residence.”
The Powerhouse system boasts a 240v/7200-watt pure sine wave inverter, capable of efficiently powering an entire house. For homeowners with varying electricity needs, the system is expandable with additional Power Pods to increase energy storage capacity. Each Power Pod supplements an extra 4.8kWh of battery storage to the 4.8kWh included with the Powerhouse.
Utilizing state-of-the-art monocrystalline panels, the Powerhouse system captures solar energy even in lower light conditions. The 24-foot Home365 roof can accommodate eight 410W solar panels securely attached with solid rails. Additionally, the Powerhouse system can be paired with a Transfer Switch, enabling the main home to draw power from the Powerhouse system.
Zhou continues, “The Home365 represents Nature’s Generator’s latest innovative concept – a tiny home designed to emulate a full-sized residence. Constructed with structural light steel, it features full-sized doors, windows, a shower, toilet, sinks, and ample space for a full-sized refrigerator. With its power solution ensuring ultimate energy independence, the Home365 serves as an ideal off-grid home for vacation properties, complete with a 240V outlet for EV charging.”
Exciting the imagination, tiny homes like the Home365 offer options to ease home mortgages by providing affordable and independent living quarters for family members, friends, or students. Alternatively, it can serve as a tranquil office space for parents seeking solace from the family hustle, also acting as a solar-energy solution for the main home and reducing electricity bills.
The Home365, a blend of functionality and elegance in the realm of tiny homes, is available for pre-order. Prices start at $5,000 for the DIY structural light steel house-framing kit for permanent foundations, $15,000 for the trailer and house-framing kit for those preferring a movable tiny home, and $25,000 for the trailer and house-framing “dry-in” kit, inclusive of roof, windows, doors, and exterior vinyl siding for faster building. Power solutions and accessories are additional.
