Open House, a network of local estate agents, has entered into a two-year software agreement with the proptech platform Alto, a part of the Houseful group.
This partnership extends Open House’s ongoing relationship with Houseful, a connection that began over a decade ago with Zoopla. The agreement ensures that all of Open House’s more than 100 agents, as well as any new agents joining the network during the contract period, will have access to Alto’s suite of tools, including the Alto Learning Hub and help center.
Agents within the Open House network will benefit from Alto’s latest features, such as AI-powered property descriptions and AI-generated summaries for listings. Additionally, from an administrative standpoint, the platform allows system administrators to view all properties across the Open House network without needing to switch between different accounts.
Alex Morrison, Managing Director of Open House, commented on the partnership, noting the positive experience with Alto’s support team. “The trainers and tech support have been exceptional, and one of the significant advantages is the streamlined process for creating contacts from inquiries, reducing the need for manual input.”
Ric Dawson, Chief Operating Officer of Software at Houseful, expressed satisfaction with the expanded relationship with Open House. “We are delighted to welcome Open House to the Alto family. With Open House’s ambitious plans for the coming year, ensuring their agents operate efficiently is crucial, and Alto will play a vital role in achieving this.”
