A recently launched tech platform aims to simplify the integration of customer relationship management (CRM) systems for estate agents.
GlueDog, founded by former letting agent and Made Snappy 360 creator Mark McCorrie, seeks to address the challenges faced by agents in managing disparate CRM applications.
McCorrie explained, “In an industry where most PropTech suppliers only integrate with a fraction of available CRMs, agents often struggle with disconnected systems that necessitate manual data transfers.”
GlueDog presents a solution akin to Zapier, streamlining the integration process and eliminating the financial barriers associated with connectivity.
According to McCorrie, many suppliers incur significant expenses, sometimes exceeding £10,000, for a single integration, posing a considerable obstacle to CRM integration.
The platform’s goal is to establish a marketplace that connects CRMs with suppliers. GlueDog has already formed partnerships with several prominent CRMs, including Apex 27, Rex, Street, Loop, AgentOS, Veco, SME Professional, Muven, MRI Sales and Lettings, and Arun Estates.
McCorrie emphasized, “GlueDog empowers agents to choose preferred suppliers with confidence, knowing they can seamlessly integrate them with their CRMs.”
