Aeria’s Founder and CEO, Priyanka Gera, emphasized the pressing need for innovation in managing the vast commercial real estate footprint in the Asia Pacific region, estimated at 52 billion square feet with a robust growth rate of 15% annually. Gera highlighted the prevalent reliance on conventional management methods among property owners, underscoring Aeria’s mission to introduce transformative technology solutions for streamlined operations.
