Re:shape Living, an alternative living real estate company known for the ARK Co-living platform, has appointed two new directors, Robbie Nightingale and Phil Luckett, to its leadership team.
Robbie Nightingale, the new Construction Director, brings extensive experience in co-living, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), and residential sectors. His background includes roles at The Collective and Mace, where he led projects such as The Collective Old Oak and The Collective Canary Wharf.
Phil Luckett joins as Operations Director with over two decades of senior management experience in PBSA, including contributions to establishing the 23,000-bed Student Roost operating platform.
The recent additions to Re:shape’s leadership team, including Project Manager Chris Roche and Investment Analyst Bell Wang, come amidst the company’s acquisition of three co-living development sites in Woolwich, Bethnal Green, and Watford.
With these strategic hires, Re:shape Living is well-positioned to continue its trajectory of innovation and excellence in the UK alternative living sector.
