Scaler, a platform focused on decarbonizing real estate using machine learning and ESG data collection, has raised $10 million in Series A funding. The company, which operates out of New York City and Amsterdam, received investment from Plural and Base10.
Scaler plans to use the funding to enhance its product, expand its engineering team, and enter new markets beyond Europe.
Founded by Zlatan Menkovic and Luc van de Boom, Scaler specializes in helping real estate investors and asset managers make ESG-related decisions. The platform offers tools for machine learning, ESG monitoring, and reporting, enabling users to reduce the carbon footprint of their properties. It provides detailed impact modeling and generates reports for various regulatory requirements. The platform is user-friendly, catering to both specialists and non-specialists, including CFOs, sustainability leads, and property managers.
Client Base Scaler’s clients in Europe and the US manage over $350 billion in assets.
