San Francisco-based Antares Labs has raised $7.25 million in seed funding to accelerate the growth of its AI platform for real estate operations.
The funding round attracted participation from Fifth Wall, Base10 Partners, Bloomberg Beta, and Sandwith Ventures.
The company plans to use the new capital to expand its operations and strengthen product development. As demand for AI-powered solutions grows across the real estate sector, Antares Labs aims to enhance its platform for enterprise customers.
Founded by CEO Noaman Ahmad, Antares Labs develops an artificial intelligence platform tailored for real estate organizations. The platform helps owners, developers, investors, and asset managers convert internal knowledge, operational workflows, and proprietary data into custom AI applications.
Instead of offering a one-size-fits-all solution, the platform enables businesses to build AI systems that match their existing processes and operational requirements.
The platform integrates with several leading AI foundation models, including AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic.
Moreover, it automatically routes requests between these models based on factors such as cost, performance, and response quality. Since the platform operates within a customer's own environment, organizations can maintain greater control over their data and AI deployments.
Antares Labs is already working with Quarterra, demonstrating early adoption of its AI platform within the real estate industry.
The latest funding is expected to support the company's next stage of growth as it expands its technology and customer base.
