The National Association of Realtors® has announced a new partnership with Ask the Agent, a video communication and marketing platform tailored for real estate professionals. Through this collaboration, NAR members will receive a 20% discount on monthly or annual subscriptions for the first year, with potential savings of up to $190.
Ask the Agent provides access to interactive video content designed to improve client engagement. The platform features lead generation tools, detailed analytics, and a “Digital Twin” function that allows agents to create video avatars for automated responses.
Members using Ask the Agent can incorporate pre-recorded videos to answer common questions, offer virtual property tours, and connect with prospects across digital channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and print materials. These tools aim to support real estate agents in saving time while maintaining continuous client engagement.
Rhonny Barragan, Vice President of Strategic Alliances at NAR, noted that the association seeks partnerships that bring practical solutions to members. “Ask the Agent’s platform helps Realtors® streamline communication and improve availability without added workload,” Barragan said.
The integration of Ask the Agent within the NAR REALTOR Benefits® Program is part of a broader effort to provide members with technology that addresses the growing demand for responsive and flexible communication. James Beckmann, CEO of Ask the Agent, stated the goal is to help agents improve conversion rates and grow their business through automation.
The National Association of Realtors® is the largest trade association in the United States, representing professionals involved in residential and commercial real estate. The Realtor® designation indicates adherence to the association’s Code of Ethics.
Ask the Agent provides interactive video, podcasting, and automation tools specifically built for the real estate sector. The platform helps agents remain accessible to clients and promote their services across multiple channels, even when they are unavailable in real time.
