AskVinny, a property technology startup focused on improving operational efficiency for real estate professionals, has secured $150,000 in fresh funding. The investment will help the company advance its goal of embedding artificial intelligence into property management operations across the UK and Europe.
At the core of AskVinny’s offering is its AI teammate, “Vinny,” designed to simplify daily property management workflows. Vinny supports property teams by qualifying leads, automating viewing schedules, and collecting essential documentation—reducing the time between inquiry and lease.
Beyond these functions, the AI platform also manages calendars, maintains communication across multiple channels, and handles maintenance requests in real time. By automating these processes, property teams can achieve “inbox zero” more efficiently and dedicate more time to client engagement rather than administrative tasks.
AskVinny currently supports the management of more than 15,000 properties. The recent funding round highlights investor confidence in its AI-driven approach to property technology. The $150,000 raised will be directed toward enhancing Vinny’s features and expanding the company’s presence in key markets.
The company plans to use the funds to accelerate product development and broaden its reach across property portfolios, letting agencies, and co-living operators. By continuing to strengthen Vinny’s automation capabilities, AskVinny aims to help property teams scale operations more effectively and maintain consistent service quality.
Looking ahead, AskVinny intends to sustain its growth trajectory and solidify its position as a reliable AI-powered partner for property management teams.
