Atlas Invest has raised $25 million in funding led by BlackRock to expand its technology-led approach to commercial real estate bridge lending. The New York-based lender plans to use the capital to scale loan origination and strengthen portfolio management across senior, real estate-backed credit products.
According to the company, the new funding will support the expansion of loan origination while improving underwriting, monitoring, and servicing processes. Atlas Invest focuses on senior loans backed by commercial real estate, with an emphasis on income-generating strategies.
The firm positions its platform as an alternative to traditional real estate diligence models. It argues that conventional underwriting can be slow, costly, and limited by restricted access to borrower and asset data after loan origination. To address this, Atlas Invest applies proprietary AI-driven tools across sourcing, underwriting, and servicing.
Atlas Invest said it conducts recurring, institutional-grade diligence throughout the loan lifecycle. This approach allows investors to track risk beyond the initial underwriting stage. In addition, the platform continuously monitors both developer-level and asset-level data to provide ongoing visibility into performance.
The company believes this model helps investors assess risk more consistently over time. As a result, it aims to improve transparency and oversight in private real estate credit portfolios.
The $25 million facility is expected to increase Atlas Invest’s capacity to fund and manage income-oriented private credit strategies. This comes at a time when investors are placing greater emphasis on capital protection, predictable cash flows, and stronger governance.
Atlas Invest described the funding as part of its broader effort to widen access to real estate debt investing. The company said it is targeting a broader base of brokers and investors, while maintaining institutional standards in credit selection and portfolio management.
The latest raise follows an earlier $11 million funding round. Atlas Invest said the prior capital helped support its initial growth phase and enabled the platform to finance a larger number of transactions.
Founded as a technology-first bridge lending platform, Atlas Invest combines human credit expertise with proprietary AI and an end-to-end infrastructure. The company provides accredited and institutional investors with exposure to diversified, income-producing real estate-backed portfolios across prime U.S. markets.
“The market is shifting, investors are demanding income strategies that combine security, predictable returns, and professional oversight. We built Atlas to deliver institutional-grade underwriting and monitoring at software speed, combining a deep operating platform with a disciplined credit approach. This scale and consistency allow us to raise the bar for transparency and reliability in real estate debt.”
