Attentive.ai, a Wilmington, DE-based company known for “Beam AI,” has raised $30.5 million in its Series B round. The platform provides automated takeoffs for general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, aiming to reduce manual estimating work.
The funding round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from Vertex Ventures, Tenacity Ventures, and InfoEdge Venture Fund.
The company plans to use the new capital to speed up the development of additional AI products and broaden its presence in new markets.
Led by CEO Shiva Dhawan, Attentive.ai focuses on improving preconstruction and field-service operations. “Beam AI,” its automated takeoff platform, is designed to reduce manual labor and deliver fully automated takeoffs across major construction trades and outdoor service categories.
The platform helps estimators complete takeoffs faster while maintaining accuracy. Because the system removes repetitive and time-consuming tasks, teams can increase bid volume and shift focus toward strategy and improving win rates.
More than 1,200 contractors and suppliers currently use Beam AI.
With the new round, Attentive.ai’s total funding has reached $48 million.
