Binsr Inspect, a Phoenix-based provider of AI-driven home inspection software, has secured $1.1 million in pre-seed funding. The company plans to strengthen product development and widen its footprint across the U.S. market.
The round was led by New Stack Ventures and Silence VC, with additional participation from Lofty and its founder, Joe Chen.
New Stack Ventures, headquartered in Chicago, invests at the Pre-Seed and Seed stages. The firm focuses on B2B startups working to modernize legacy industries through SaaS, FinTech, and other digital-first models. It also supports founders as they prepare for later-stage fundraising.
Silence VC is a London-based early-stage fund investing globally in climate technology from Pre-Seed to Series A. The firm takes an institutional angel-style approach, making frequent smaller investments in scalable software and marketplace solutions contributing to environmental progress.
The new capital will support the expansion of Binsr Inspect’s engineering and operations teams. The company also aims to accelerate adoption of its AI-enabled inspection platform across the U.S.
Founded in 2023 by Mark Garcia and Aryash Dubey, Binsr Inspect develops software designed to streamline home inspections. The company offers AI-powered tools that help inspectors work faster, generate higher revenue, and deliver a clearer experience for clients and real estate agents. Its platform uses AI voice, AI video, and automated pricing estimates to turn a traditionally manual process into a more efficient workflow.
Headquartered in Phoenix, Binsr Inspect states that its mission is to simplify home buying and ownership, beginning with the inspection stage.
