Berlin-based property management startup Buena has raised $58 million in a Series A funding round to support its software development and market expansion across Germany.
The investment round was led by GV (formerly Google Ventures), with additional backing from 20VC, Stride, and Capnamic. The funding will be used to enhance Buena’s AI-powered platform and scale operations within the German property market.
Founded in 2023 by CEO Din Bisevac, Buena provides an automated property management platform designed to improve outcomes for both landlords and tenants. The company positions itself as a tool to help users build wealth through real estate ownership.
Buena’s AI software streamlines operations traditionally handled by property managers, offering a scalable and digital-first approach to managing rental assets.
As of now, Buena manages over 60,000 apartments and maintains a waiting list of more than 5,000 landlords. Since its founding, the company has acquired over 20 property management businesses, reflecting its strategy of combining technology with operational expansion.
