Cronvall builds tools that streamline procurement in manufacturing, construction, and industrial maintenance. Its platform helps buyers find suitable industrial products and view real-time availability and pricing. At the same time, it supports suppliers by simplifying how they handle inquiries and orders.
The company targets issues that arise from a fragmented market. Manual processes often lead to delays and errors, and Cronvall aims to reduce these inefficiencies through digital solutions.
The round includes contributions from Greencode Ventures, Stephen Industries, Innovestor, and multiple industrial family offices.
Greencode Ventures, a Helsinki-based venture capital firm founded in 2022, invests in European companies across clean energy, IT, climate technology, infrastructure, and mobility sectors.
Stephen Industries is a Finnish family-owned investment firm. It invests in Healthtech, Deeptech, and Greentech, with a strong focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.
Innovestor, also based in Helsinki, operates across venture capital, commercial real estate, and corporate venturing.
The new capital will support Cronvall’s expansion into international markets. The company intends to further develop its tools and push for wider digitalisation across Europe’s industrial procurement sector. Its goal is to improve efficiency, increase transparency, and support sustainable procurement practices across the industry.
