DK Vertex, a coworking platform backed by Vertex Group, has leased 1 million square feet of workspace across seven centers in Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. The company plans to offer 10,000 tech-enabled seats as it expands its presence in India's growing flexible workspace market.
The expansion is supported by a ₹300 crore investment and is aimed at serving startups, MSMEs, and large enterprises seeking managed and flexible office solutions.
Of the total leased area, around 700,000 square feet has been allocated for office workspaces. The remaining 300,000 square feet will be used for supporting facilities and recreational amenities.
In addition to office seating, DK Vertex plans to provide podcast studios, spaces for content production, wellness zones, and AI-powered concierge services. The company is also building a digital platform that combines workplace management with business services such as IT support, information security, payroll, hiring, and analytics.
According to the company, the goal is to simplify workplace operations by bringing multiple business functions under a single platform.
DK Vertex currently has 6,000 operational seats, with occupancy reaching approximately 75%. The company expects to add another 4,000 built-to-suit seats over the next two months.
Its customer base includes startups, small and medium-sized businesses, and more than 15 Fortune 500 companies. The company stated that international brands account for nearly 70% of its current occupancy.
Gagan Arora, Founder and President of Vertex Group, said the company launched DK Vertex to address changing workplace expectations. He noted that many businesses continue to rely on multiple vendors for operational needs, creating additional administrative complexity.
The company believes integrated workspace solutions can help organizations streamline operations while providing employees with access to a broader range of workplace services and amenities.
The launch comes as India's flexible workspace sector continues to expand. Demand from startups, enterprises, and multinational companies has supported the growth of managed office operators across major business hubs.
With its latest expansion, DK Vertex joins a growing list of workspace providers seeking to capture demand for flexible and technology-enabled office environments.
