The addition of Mr. Walker to the executive team is a strategic move to support the company’s ongoing national expansion and continued commitment to service excellence.
Mr. Walker brings a deep and multifaceted background to the COO role, spanning both large-scale property management and critical network infrastructure. Most recently, he held a similar executive position at a Managed WiFi provider, where he was instrumental in scaling operations, driving growth, and elevating service delivery standards across large residential portfolios.
Prior to his work with Managed WiFi providers, Mr. Walker managed property technology strategy for a Top 5 NMHC owner/operator, overseeing a vast portfolio of 300 communities and 80,000 apartment units nationwide. In this capacity, he developed and implemented operational strategies that integrated smart building access, remote monitored camera systems, enhanced amenities, and smart home solutions to improve the resident experience and solve property management challenges.
Further solidifying his expertise, Mr. Walker spent 13 years in the network and data center sector. During this time, he developed deep expertise in infrastructure, operations, and customer success, including scaling a major industry leader, Sentinel Technologies, from $50 million to a $250 million annual revenue organization as the leader of its Enterprise PMO.
