Flexible workspace company Incuspaze has raised Rs 150 crore (around $18 million) in a funding round led by Bharat Value Fund. The company plans to use the capital to expand its presence in major cities, strengthen technology infrastructure, and pursue strategic acquisitions.
The latest funding comes less than a year after Incuspaze raised $8 million in July 2024. Since then, the company has continued to expand through acquisitions and regional growth initiatives.
Most recently, Incuspaze acquired iKeva, a move that increased its footprint in Hyderabad. The company now plans to grow its Hyderabad portfolio to more than 1 million square feet by FY27.
At present, Incuspaze operates more than 50 centers across 18 cities in India. Its total managed workspace portfolio exceeds 4 million square feet.
Besides organic expansion, the company has also focused on acquisitions over the last 18 months. These include TRIOS, VSKOUT, and Million Minds.
Incuspaze is targeting Rs 1,000 crore in revenue by FY29. The company expects growth to come from higher enterprise demand and continued expansion across key business markets. It is also preparing for a potential initial public offering in FY29.
