India Accelerator (IA), a multistage fund-led accelerator, has partnered with V S Fortune to launch LeapFWD, a sector-focused accelerator program aimed at advancing innovation in India’s proptech and construction technology space.
The initiative is designed to bridge the gap between emerging innovation and industry adoption by supporting ten startups working at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and construction efficiency.
Over a four-month period, participating startups will gain access to structured mentorship, business development support, and a joint funding pool of Rs 100–150 crore, backed by IA, V S Fortune, and their investor networks.
LeapFWD will function as a launch platform for startups building solutions in smart real estate, automation, sustainable materials, and digital infrastructure. These startups will also be able to pilot their innovations in collaboration with real estate developers, infrastructure companies, and other ecosystem partners.
The program will conclude with a Demo Day, where founders will present their solutions to a selected audience of investors, corporate partners, and industry leaders.
The first LeapFWD cohort is scheduled to begin in December 2025 and run until March 2026, culminating in a Demo Day showcasing innovations from the participating startups.
