UK-based startup Inntelo AI has secured more than £500,000 in a pre-seed funding round to support its commercial expansion and product rollout within the hospitality sector.
The company offers an AI-driven platform designed to enhance hotel operations by integrating guest and team communications. Inntelo AI’s technology combines conversational and agentic artificial intelligence to streamline guest requests and internal task coordination.
The core of Inntelo AI’s platform is a virtual concierge tool that responds to guest enquiries via WhatsApp and phone. These interactions are converted into structured tasks, enabling hotel teams to respond quickly across departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and spa services.
The platform is positioned to serve hotel guests, teams, brand operators, and property owners alike, aiming to improve both service delivery and internal workflows.
The company was co-founded by CEO Asif Alidina, who brings over a decade of experience in hotel housekeeping and facilities management. According to Alidina, many hotels struggle to adopt new technologies due to a lack of operational understanding in product design.
Inntelo AI was built to address that gap, with the goal of making AI adoption more practical and scalable across the hospitality industry.
The platform has already been adopted by a number of independent and franchised hotels. Clients include Radisson and Wyndham-branded properties across the UK, the UAE, and Europe. Additional hotel partners are currently in the onboarding phase.
The funding round was led by Haatch, in partnership with the British Business Bank, with participation from Look AI Ventures and several angel investors, including former executives from Trip.com and DocuSign.
This round follows a £120,000 initial investment from Antler at the company's formation stage. The funds will be used to accelerate sales and marketing, support customer deployments, and further integrate the platform with property management systems.
Fred Soneya, Co-Founder and General Partner at Haatch, cited the team’s operational insight and sector focus as key factors in their investment decision.
Look AI Ventures partner Angelo Burgarello also highlighted the platform’s ability to align guest needs with staff workflows as a differentiator in the market.
