Itron, the Liberty Lake–based infrastructure solutions company, has agreed to acquire Locusview, a privately held software and services provider operating in the United States and Israel.
The transaction is valued at $525 million.
The deal is expected to broaden Itron’s product scope as the company continues to support utilities and cities with solutions designed to improve efficiency, resilience, and service delivery.
Locusview, led by CEO Shahar Levi, offers an enterprise-grade digital construction management platform. The system helps infrastructure operators manage capital projects by automating real-time field data capture to increase visibility, streamline closeout processes, and connect design workflows with systems of record.
Itron, led by CEO Tom Deitrich, develops infrastructure technologies that support digital transformation across global utility networks.
The companies expect the acquisition to close in January 2026, subject to customary approvals.
