Dublin-based proptech startup Lette AI has secured $1.4 million in a pre-seed funding round to strengthen its AI-powered property management platform.
The funding round was led by Pitchdrive, with participation from Baseline Venture, Lugus Capital, and angel investors Mark Ransford and Conor Sheridan, co-founder of Nory AI.
Pitchdrive, an early-stage venture capital firm headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium, focuses on Europe and Turkey, particularly the Benelux, DACH, UK, and Nordic regions. The firm typically invests in pre-seed and seed-stage startups across emerging technology sectors.
Lette AI plans to use the new capital to accelerate product development, expand its team, and improve automation tools that help property managers reclaim their time and reduce administrative load.
Founded in March 2025 by Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek, Lette AI builds intelligent systems that automate property management tasks. The company’s AI agents streamline operations by responding to tenant queries, managing administrative workflows, and automating communication.
The platform connects seamlessly with email, WhatsApp, listing sites, and existing property management systems, allowing real estate teams to operate efficiently without additional staffing costs.
