AI-powered property management startup Lette has raised $6.5 million in Seed funding to expand its platform for residential property operators across the UK and Europe. The round was led by Peak, with participation from Pitchdrive, Heliad, Foreword VC, Adeline and angel investors, including Intercom co-founder Des Traynor.
Operating from Dublin and London, Lette develops AI agents designed to automate administrative and operational tasks throughout the residential property lifecycle. Its platform helps property managers handle leasing enquiries, coordinate viewings, respond to residents, manage maintenance requests and support other recurring workflows without replacing their existing property management systems.
The funding will support product development, team expansion and Lette's plans to enter additional European markets in 2027.
Residential property operators frequently coordinate leasing, resident communications and maintenance across multiple systems. As portfolios grow, manually managing enquiries, updating records and following up on requests can increase administrative workloads and place pressure on operational teams.
Lette aims to address these challenges through AI agents that support property management activities from initial leasing enquiries through ongoing resident services. Its platform can answer questions, manage follow-ups, coordinate maintenance requests and flag missed rent payments for property managers to review.
Residents can interact with the platform through email, WhatsApp, SMS, voice and Lette's dedicated app. The system also integrates with existing property management software, including Yardi and MRI Software.
This integration-first approach allows operators to introduce automation while continuing to use their current systems and infrastructure. Rather than requiring a complete software migration, Lette aims to connect existing workflows and reduce the amount of repetitive work performed manually.
According to the company, its platform currently supports more than 30,000 residential properties. Lette also reports that its AI technology handles over 60% of resident support and maintenance requests automatically.
The company says its platform has reduced the time needed to lease a property from approximately two weeks to fewer than four days. In another example cited by Lette, a build-to-rent operator was able to add more than 1,000 homes to its portfolio without increasing headcount.
These reported outcomes illustrate the operational improvements Lette is targeting: faster leasing, automated resident support and the ability to manage growing property portfolios without a proportional increase in staffing.
The company counts JLL and major financial institutions operating across the UK and Ireland among its customers, according to the source report. It initially developed its technology alongside residential operators in Ireland before expanding its focus to larger institutional property portfolios.
The reported metrics are company-provided figures and should not be interpreted as independently audited results.
The $6.5 million investment was led by Peak, with participation from Pitchdrive, Heliad, Foreword VC, Adeline and angel investors, including Des Traynor, co-founder of Intercom.
The round follows earlier pre-seed backing from Lugus and Baseline, alongside continued support from Pitchdrive.
The new capital comes as Lette expands its UK operations and targets institutional residential property operators looking to improve efficiency across leasing and resident services. The company has opened a London office and reports that its team has grown sixfold over the past year.
Lette was founded by Mohan Sai, its CEO, and Jakub Rajek, its chief product officer. The founders are developing the platform around the operational needs of residential property teams, with a focus on connecting workflows that are often handled separately.
Lette plans to use the funding to strengthen its product and engineering teams, continue building relationships with residential operators in the UK and prepare for expansion into additional European markets in 2027.
Its longer-term ambition is to develop an AI-powered operating platform that supports multiple stages of residential property management, connecting leasing, resident communications, maintenance and operational workflows.
The opportunity extends beyond answering resident enquiries. If AI agents can reliably handle routine tasks while escalating exceptions for human review, property operators may be able to manage larger portfolios with less administrative overhead. Achieving that at scale will depend on the reliability of the automation, its integration with existing systems and operators' confidence in how sensitive resident and payment-related issues are handled.
Lette's next stage of growth will test whether its reported results can be sustained across larger institutional portfolios and additional markets.
With $6.5 million in new Seed funding, the company is positioning itself to expand its presence in the residential property technology market while building out its AI-powered approach to property operations.
