The company secured its first external investment through a pre-seed round. The funding will support its operational rollout in Syria. In addition, it will be used to further develop its SaaS-based proptech infrastructure.

The platform includes identity verification measures for users listing properties. These checks involve biometric face recognition and validation through government-issued documents.

Miftah is developing a two-part product ecosystem.
First, a consumer-facing application will allow users to explore residential and commercial properties. It will also provide access to new developments and off-plan projects. Alongside this, an administrative interface will help users browse listings more efficiently.
Second, the company is building a software suite tailored for brokers. This tool will help real estate professionals manage listings, track client interactions, and organize leads in one place.
