Morada.ai, a Brazil-based proptech company, has raised R$17 million (approximately $3.2 million) in a recent funding round. The company develops generative AI tools designed for the real estate sector.
The round was led by Parceiro Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage B2B software companies across Latin America. The firm typically backs seed and Series A startups operating in high-growth sectors such as agritech, fintech, and logistics, with a strong emphasis on the Brazilian market.
Morada.ai plans to deploy the capital toward improving its technology platform and supporting its commercial expansion. Most importantly, the funding will help the company scale its AI capabilities while strengthening its market presence among real estate developers.
Founded in 2021 as a spin-off from Kunumi, Morada.ai provides digital solutions tailored for real estate developers. The platform combines generative AI with financial APIs and workflow automation to support the entire property purchase journey.
This includes lead qualification, sales engagement, credit structuring, and post-sale support. Headquartered in São Paulo, Morada.ai currently works with nearly 200 real estate developers across 17 Brazilian states. Its customer base includes companies such as Direcional, Patrimar/Novolar, Emccamp, Plano e Plano, Canopus, and VIC.
