Gurugram-based proptech startup OfficeBanao has raised nearly $4 million as part of a $7.7 million funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. The round also saw participation from Mangum II and Medra Family.
As a result, the company is now valued at around $70 million post-money.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its operations. In addition, it will invest in strengthening its technology infrastructure. It also aims to scale its platform across more cities in India.
Founded in 2022 by Tushar Mittal, along with Akshya Kumar and Divyanshu Sharma, OfficeBanao operates a tech-enabled platform for commercial office interiors and workspace buildouts.
The startup offers end-to-end services. These include design, procurement, project management, and execution for offices as well as retail spaces.
Moreover, the platform connects architects, contractors, designers, furniture vendors, and material suppliers through a single system. This system manages the entire workspace creation process, from planning and 3D design to sourcing and construction.
OfficeBanao caters to a wide range of projects. These typically range from Rs 10 lakh to over Rs 5 crore. Its clients include startups, SMEs, and large enterprises.
The company claims to have completed 200 projects across more than 40 cities in India.
The company has reported strong revenue growth in recent years. Its revenue increased from Rs 22 crore in FY23 to Rs 138 crore in FY25.
Looking ahead, OfficeBanao is targeting Rs 225 crore in FY26 as it expands into additional markets.
OfficeBanao operates in a competitive segment. It competes with platforms such as Flipspaces and All Home, which are also building technology-driven solutions for office and home interiors.
