Opiniion, a Lehi, Utah-based provider of resident satisfaction software, has acquired Rentgrata, a Miami, Florida-based peer-to-peer resident engagement platform. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition allows Opiniion to broaden its product suite, adding Rentgrata’s platform that connects prospective renters with current residents of apartment communities.
Rentgrata, led by CEO Ben Margolit, offers a digital tool that enables property managers to facilitate authentic conversations between potential tenants and verified residents. This feature aims to improve renter decision-making through firsthand community insights.
Opiniion operates in the multifamily, student, and senior housing sectors, offering tools to collect real-time feedback, encourage online reviews, and enhance resident experiences for property management companies.
