Pest Share, a Nampa, Idaho-based startup offering an on-demand pest control platform for residential property managers, has raised $28 million in a Series A round.
The funding round was led by Integrity Growth Partners, with continued backing from MetaProp, Capital Eleven, and RE Angels.
The company said the fresh capital will support its growth in the single-family and multifamily rental markets. It also plans to invest in product improvements and strengthen ties with property management platforms.
Founded by CEO Landon Cooley, Pest Share provides a digital platform that integrates with property management systems to handle pest-related service requests. The system relies on a nationwide network of vetted providers, helping property managers respond quickly to residents’ needs.
Pest Share currently operates in 48 U.S. states, serving more than 300,000 residential units. Its platform is already being used by property management companies such as Re/Max, Roofstock, and ARK Homes.
