Pipeimob, a Brazil-based proptech platform focused on digitizing real estate transactions, has secured R$15 million in a Seed funding round.
The round was led by Headline, a global venture capital firm. Other investors also joined the round but were not disclosed.
Headline operates from offices in Berlin, Paris, São Paulo, San Francisco, and Tokyo. The firm invests in technology-driven startups with global growth potential.
Pipeimob said the funds will be directed toward its entry into the rental and rental management segment. A portion will also be used to strengthen its financial services offering.
Founded by Roberto Nascimento, Renato Rodrigues, and Danilo Herrero, Pipeimob provides a digital platform that integrates and automates real estate transactions. The system combines Transaction Relationship Management (TRM) with fintech tools.
The platform supports the full real estate lifecycle, covering proposals, settlements, and related processes. Key features include electronic signatures, automatic certificate issuance, digital accounts for agencies, automated billing, and commission advances.
Headquartered in São Paulo, the company works with more than 300 real estate agencies across Brazil.
