Mumbai-based PropertyPistol Realty has secured $3 million in fresh funding to strengthen its real estate distribution platform across India.
Founded in 2012, the proptech company previously raised ₹22.5 crore in its Series A round from ICICI Bank and Baring Private Equity Partners India. Later, it secured ₹25 crore in a Pre-Series B funding round led by investor Ashish Kacholia.
PropertyPistol plans to use the latest investment to expand its organised real estate distribution platform. The company connects property developers, channel partners, and homebuyers through a technology-driven network.
Besides that, the platform combines data insights with digital tools to support property discovery and transactions across multiple cities.
PropertyPistol currently operates in more than 40 cities. It works with over 650 real estate developers and has a network of more than 1,000 active brokers.
According to the company, this network has helped it facilitate the sale of over 25,000 homes. During the past five years, these transactions contributed nearly ₹30,000 crore in cumulative gross transaction value.
Looking ahead, PropertyPistol aims to increase its annual gross transaction value. The company plans to reach ₹10,000 crore in FY2026-27, compared with ₹5,000 crore recorded in FY2025-26.
As India's organised real estate distribution market continues to evolve, the company is focusing on expanding its network while strengthening its technology platform to support future growth.
