Two real estate technology companies, Rechat and RealAnalytica, have introduced new AI tools aimed at helping agents and brokerages manage routine business workflows.

Rechat has expanded its AI capabilities by connecting external assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude to its platform. Meanwhile, RealAnalytica has launched Atlas Agents, a system designed to handle recurring tasks across several real estate functions.

Both products focus on using AI to reduce manual work while keeping agents in control of business decisions and client relationships.

Rechat Connects AI Assistants With Agent Workflows

Rechat has introduced a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that connects compatible AI assistants with its real estate platform.

The system allows tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to access selected Rechat functions. This access can include contacts, marketing, transactions and other business information.

However, the connection works through permission-based access. Users can decide which functions an AI assistant can access and use.

As a result, agents can use compatible AI tools for tasks such as managing contacts, following up with leads and creating marketing content. They can also update listing websites and check transaction information.

The MCP server extends Rechat's existing AI offering beyond its own platform. The company already provides an AI assistant called Lucy for real estate professionals.

Audie Chamberlain, Rechat's vice president of strategic growth and communications, said the integration connects external AI assistants with an agent's business data.

The MCP Server is currently available to developers. Agents and brokerages can join a waitlist to access the broader offering.

RealAnalytica Introduces Atlas Agents

RealAnalytica has launched Atlas Agents as an AI system for recurring real estate workflows.

The platform connects data and processes across CRM systems, email, MLS and tax data, marketing, recruiting, analytics, e-signatures and transactions. According to the company, Atlas Agents supports more than 30 integrations.

The system can monitor listings and transactions in the background. It can also identify opportunities and complete approved workflows that involve multiple steps.

Brokerages can configure these workflows based on their internal processes and brand requirements. The platform also comes with real estate-specific skills and workflows, according to RealAnalytica.

AI Tools Cover Several Real Estate Tasks

At launch, Atlas Agents supports several common areas of real estate operations.

These include:

  • Lead follow-up
  • Client engagement
  • Listing analysis
  • Transaction management
  • Marketing
  • Custom workflows

The system is designed to handle recurring processes while agents remain responsible for client relationships and key business decisions.

For brokerages, this approach could provide a way to automate operational tasks without assigning every process to a separate employee or team member.

AI Moves Further Into Real Estate Workflows

The launches from Rechat and RealAnalytica reflect a broader shift in real estate technology toward workflow-based AI.

Rather than limiting AI to content generation or simple chat functions, both products connect AI with operational data and recurring processes.

Rechat is focusing on connecting external AI assistants with its platform. RealAnalytica, meanwhile, is building AI agents that can work across multiple systems and complete approved tasks.

The approach gives real estate professionals more ways to use AI within their existing workflows. At the same time, permission controls and user oversight remain important as these systems gain access to business and client data.
