Germany-based proptech startup reltix has raised €3 million in a pre-seed funding round with participation from the Estonian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (EstVCA) member Tenity.
The funding comes less than a year after the company entered the market. During this period, reltix crossed €1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), according to the company.
reltix operates as an AI-native property management company. Instead of licensing software to external property managers, the company directly manages residential properties using its in-house platform, centrix.
The platform supports customer communication and operational workflows across the property management cycle. The company said this approach allows it to streamline processes that are often handled manually in the real estate sector.
The startup is targeting Europe’s residential property management sector, which continues to rely heavily on offline processes and fragmented systems.
According to reltix, many property operators still face low software adoption, disconnected workflows, and inconsistent customer service. The company plans to address these challenges through automation and AI-led operations.
In addition to property management, reltix is also developing an open platform designed to connect businesses across industries such as banking, energy, and construction. The company aims to position the platform as a digital infrastructure layer for real estate operations.
Léon Alex Bamesreiter, Founder and CEO of reltix, said the company is focused on modernising property management through AI-driven operations.
Tenity noted that property management remains a large but underserved market due to limited technology adoption and fragmented operational systems. The investor also highlighted reltix’s early market traction and technology-focused operating model.
reltix plans to use the fresh capital to expand its AI-powered property management operations across European markets and continue developing its technology platform.
