Sarvam Properties, a Mumbai-based real estate solutions firm, has raised equity funding from Dharmil Sheth, Dhaval Shah, and Hardik Dedhia—founders of PharmEasy and All Home—along with several angel investors across India. Alongside the investment, the company introduced Assure X, a Rs.300 crore AI-enabled platform designed to help partner developers improve sales execution and access timely liquidity.
Mumbai’s real estate market has long faced liquidity delays between sales milestones and cash-flow realization. Assure X aims to reduce these gaps by using real-time sales insights and preset liquidity triggers. As a result, the platform identifies capital shortfalls early and supports developers with timely fund access. This approach helps maintain construction pace and improves delivery reliability in a competitive environment.
Commenting on the development, Manan Joshi, Founder of Sarvam Properties, said: “Our goal has always been to make real-estate execution as cohesive and dependable as the assets it produces. Assure X is a framework that converts market complexity into measurable order, ensuring progress and liquidity move in tandem.”
The funding will enable Sarvam to strengthen its operating model and widen its presence across Mumbai’s development clusters. The company plans to enhance its technology infrastructure, expand advisory functions, and add specialist teams focused on project strategy and customer engagement.
Monty Joshi, Co-Founder of Sarvam Properties, added: “Technology has always been central to how we operate. With Assure X, we are using AI not as a label but as a tool that brings clarity, precision, and speed to project execution, positioning Sarvam as a dependable ally for developers.”
Investor support highlights growing confidence in transparent, analytics-driven practices in real estate. Dhaval Hemani, Co-Founder of Sarvam Properties, noted: “We are privileged to partner with founders who have built some of India’s notable digital enterprises. Their vision and disciplined approach extend well beyond capital, helping us scale responsibly and deliver measurable efficiency.”
Recent industry data shows equity investments in Indian real estate increased 48% to $3.8 billion in Q3 FY25, reflecting renewed investor interest. With Assure X, Sarvam aims to contribute to a more structured, performance-driven development ecosystem by aligning liquidity with progress and improving execution standards in Mumbai’s real estate market.
