Sign In Solutions has introduced new features to its enterprise platform aimed at simplifying visitor and employee experiences, improving compliance, and reducing risks for organizations. The company works with industries such as aerospace, defense, pharmaceuticals, and government, where security and compliance are critical.
The platform updates include four additions—Analytics Assistant, Collaborative Workflows, Hybrid Sign-In, and Gateway. Each has been designed to support operational efficiency while keeping user experience in focus.
"Visitor management must be powerful and intelligent, yet frictionless and simple to use, which is exactly what we are delivering with these latest enhancements," said Chris Burton, executive vice president of experiences and design at Sign In Solutions.
Burton added that enterprises face constant regulatory and market shifts, yet many still rely on static technology that struggles to adapt. "With these new features, we're not just adding functionality, we're helping organizations adapt to their ever-changing needs which ultimately delivers a smarter and more secure journey for both employees and visitors. This strengthens compliance, identifies and mitigates risk, improves brand perception, and enhances overall workplace efficiency."
Analytics Assistant: An AI-driven tool that delivers analytics in seconds through conversational queries. Security and facility teams can quickly access visitor data, spot risks, and make informed decisions without running manual reports.
Collaborative Workflows: A tool to streamline compliance-heavy onboarding. It allows teams to gather documentation directly from employees, contractors, or partners in a structured way, cutting down delays and reducing dependency on HR or IT.
Hybrid Sign-In: A registration process that starts before arrival and is completed on-site using a QR code scan. This balances convenience with compliance requirements.
Gateway: A unified authentication system across Sign In Solutions’ products. It reduces IT overhead by offering a single secure connection for employee access.
"Outdated, outmoded visitor management tools create security gaps and slow down businesses. In today's competitive marketplace, that's unacceptable," Burton said. "We're building a future where the AI-enabled platform does the heavy lifting, helping businesses identify risk before it steps through the door, make sense of their data, streamline workflows, and get more from the tools they already use."
Sign In Solutions serves more than 21,000 customers in over 100 countries. Backed by PSG Equity, the company provides a platform that integrates risk screening, compliance automation, visitor management, and analytics. Its AI-enabled tools are designed to strengthen security, ensure compliance, and modernize the workplace experience across multiple geographies.
