Smartvatten, an Espoo-based company providing sustainable digital water management solutions, has acquired LeakLook, a Finnish firm focused on submetering and IoT-enabled water monitoring for real estate.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. With the acquisition, LeakLook’s team will join Smartvatten’s global workforce of around 150 professionals. The move is expected to strengthen Smartvatten’s research and development, particularly in IoT and AI-driven analytics.
