Spacely AI, a SaaS company based in Bangkok, has raised $1 million in seed funding to scale its AI-powered visualization platform designed for the architecture, design, and real estate sectors.
The seed round was led by PropTech Farm Fund III, with participation from investors Wannaporn Phornprapha, Ted Poshakrishna Thirapatana, and Mek Srunyu Stittri. PropTech Farm Fund III is a $30 million early-stage venture capital fund launched in May 2025. Headquartered in Singapore, the fund focuses on backing emerging PropTech startups across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
Spacely AI plans to use the funding to launch a new 2D-to-3D automation engine and expand its footprint into the U.S. market. Additional investment will support its global co-marketing and sales strategies.
Founded and led by CEO Paruey Anadirekkul, Spacely AI offers a suite of generative AI tools that assist professionals in creating architectural renderings, staging properties, and generating 3D models. The platform supports both interior and exterior design workflows, and its cloud-based engine is used by over 1,500 companies across more than 50 countries.
