Tribe Property Technologies said its Home Pro platform has tracked more than 1.5 million construction deficiencies and warranty-related items across over 300 residential buildings and development projects in Canada.
The company stated that the milestone reflects growing adoption of digital workflow systems within the residential development sector as projects become larger and operational processes more complex.
According to Tribe, developers are increasingly using digital platforms to manage inspections, homeowner communication, warranty administration, and post-occupancy coordination more efficiently.
Home Pro has been used by more than 100 developers across Canada over the past decade.
Initially developed as a pre-delivery inspection tool, the platform has expanded into a broader occupancy lifecycle management system designed to support developers throughout construction completion and post-occupancy operations.
Joseph Nakhla, CEO of Tribe Property Technologies, said project handovers now involve ongoing operational coordination rather than a single end-of-construction milestone.
The company said the platform helps centralize processes that have traditionally relied on spreadsheets, emails, and paper-based inspections.
According to Tribe, the platform supports several operational workflows, including:
The system is used across multiple residential property categories, including condominiums, strata communities, rental developments, townhouses, mixed-use projects, and single-family housing communities.
Tribe said warranty management has become one of the platform’s fastest-growing areas of usage.
As residential buildings transition into occupancy, developers are required to manage homeowner submissions, communication timelines, regulatory compliance, and post-occupancy service coordination.
The company noted that integrating warranty workflows into a single digital platform can help reduce operational fragmentation while improving transparency for developers and residents.
In addition, Home Pro supports workflows aligned with provincial home warranty requirements in regions such as Ontario.
Tribe said the scale of platform usage is also generating operational insights for developers.
Based on internal platform data, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms represent some of the highest-volume areas for construction deficiencies and warranty-related issues.
The company stated that these insights can help developers:
Home Pro forms part of Tribe Property Technologies’ broader property management and residential operations platform.
The company provides services across strata management, condo operations, rental management, developer services, resident technology, affordable housing, and community operations throughout Canada.
According to Tribe, the company continues to focus on improving coordination between developers, property operators, and residents throughout the building lifecycle.
