Unlimited Industries, a San Francisco–based AI-native construction startup, has raised $12 million in Seed funding. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz and CIV, with additional investors joining the raise.
The company plans to use the capital to expand its operations and strengthen its proprietary AI platform. According to the team, the platform is designed to streamline early-stage construction planning by generating and assessing multiple design options at once.
Founded by Tara Viswanathan, Alex Modon, and Jordan Stern, Unlimited develops technology that evaluates designs in parallel. The platform identifies configurations that improve cost, safety, and performance “before construction begins.”
Unlimited currently works with a broad customer base, ranging from century-old public companies to emerging energy startups.
The company aims to automate construction workflows end-to-end. As stated, it promises to build “a future of radical physical abundance” by rethinking how infrastructure is designed and delivered.
