VAUNT, a proptech company supporting real estate developers in marketing and sales, has launched Spotlight, an AI-powered tool that creates interactive digital tours without programming support. Available at no cost, Spotlight adds to VAUNT’s product suite, which includes CRM, interactive offers, mobile apps, financial reporting, marketing tools, customer portals, and AI-driven interaction analysis.
The launch follows VAUNT’s earlier introduction of an AI module for anonymized analysis of conversations between agents and buyers, aimed at providing personalized sales recommendations. With Spotlight, developers can produce interactive 2D property tours in minutes using existing materials, replacing static PDFs or email presentations.
Tours can be generated automatically or adjusted manually without technical expertise.
Buyers can view availability and layout interactively, improving clarity during the sales process.
Content can be shared via a link or integrated directly into a website.
Unit availability can be updated within the platform without issuing new files.
Sales teams can guide clients through plans in real time during calls or meetings.
Spotlight was developed in response to growing demand for faster and more accessible digital presentation tools. According to VAUNT, younger buyers increasingly expect visual and interactive sales experiences.
CEO and Co-founder Irina Constantin said the company’s approach is shaped by client feedback and market needs, noting that AI offers opportunities to optimize sales workflows. VAUNT plans to expand Spotlight’s adoption, aiming for at least 30 developers to integrate the tool into their marketing processes by the end of the year.
The platform is designed for adaptability, supporting multiple languages and local market requirements. Spotlight is available globally and can be tested through VAUNT’s platform.
