Funding to Support Expansion Across Europe and Latin America

Vibepeak, a proptech startup focused on AI-generated property videos, has raised $500,000 in a funding round led by 4Founders Capital. Several angel investors associated with the SeedRocket also participated in the round.

The company was co-founded by José Mari del Moral and Luis Juarros. It develops AI tools that help real estate businesses create property videos using photographs. According to the company, the platform can generate videos within five minutes, reducing the need for traditional video production workflows.

Real Estate Networks Already Using the Platform

Vibepeak currently works with property networks such as RE/MAX, Century 21, Grocasa, and IAD. The platform is active in more than 12 countries.

The company said the latest funding will help expand operations across Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, and parts of Latin America. In addition, Vibepeak plans to continue improving its AI video generation technology and grow its commercial team.

AI Adoption Continues to Grow in Property Marketing

Real estate companies are increasingly adopting AI-based tools to simplify property marketing and digital content creation. Platforms focused on automation, visual content, and customer engagement have seen rising demand as agencies look for faster and more cost-effective ways to market listings online.

Vibepeak’s latest funding reflects continued investor interest in AI applications within the real estate sector, particularly tools designed to improve operational efficiency and digital property presentation.
